Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

→ Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) sends video feed to a set number of monitors or recording devices. IP Cameras, or network cameras, are a form of CCTV that use Internet Protocol to transfer data over Ethernet lines and that allow video to be viewed remotely over the internet if desired. DVR, or digital video recorders, are able to record a predetermined amount of data (ranging to several years) and can be set to activate upon motion and even send alerts.
